Full time Administrative Assistant

The Program Administrative Clerk provides administrative support to the designated locations, assisting the Program Managers (PM) and Program Coordinators (PC) with clerical and administrative duties. They may provide administrative support to multiple locations in an assigned community. They will ensure filing and maintenance of confidential program files are completed with a high level of discretion. The Program Administrative Clerk will manage their time effectively to ensure deadlines, including those from government partners are met. They will communicate with people within and
outside of Karis Disability Services to provide information about the organization.

The Program Administrative Clerk will respect and uphold the Values, Vision, and Mission of Karis Disability Services, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy and respect in their dealings with other employees, people using services, and both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
  • Access to reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • 3 Years of related experience
  • Developmental Services Worker, Child and Youth Worker, or post-secondary education in a related field
