Role Expectations

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Office Administrator with strong organization and communication skills to join us on our exciting growth journey. You will be an integral part of our professional services team and your primary role will be to support the Leadership team with a variety of administrative duties, including

  • Support with bookkeeping and office administration
  • Assistance with client billing, AR and regular management reporting
  • Preparation & review of internal and external corporate documents
  • Assistance with office management activities
  • Customer communication, as required

Experience and Qualification Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of Accounting, Bookkeeping and Office Administration experience, ideally gained in a professional services or high tech startup.

  • Proficiency in small business bookkeeping and accounting
  • Comfortable with QBO, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Superior business writing and communication skills
  • Undergraduate studies in business, technology, or law, preferred, but not mandatory
  • Team player

Job Type

This is a part-time, primarily onsite role, with some remote work. Potential for full time in the future.
