THE TEAM

The mission of the Events & Experiences Department is to create elevated events & experiences to inspire and excite our audiences and position Aritzia as the ultimate Everyday Luxury destination.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Events & Experiences team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering innovative, unforgettable, and impactful events for our clients and external partners. You will play a pivotal role designing the events and experiences strategy to inform the planning, organization, and execution of all Aritzia events. THE ROLE

  • Define the strategic approach of our events and experiences.
  • Establish the overall vision, structure and objective of our events and experiences.
  • Determine the aesthetic and experiential details of our events and experiences.
  • Efficiently lead the operational elements of our events and experiences.
  • Manage execution of our events and experiences.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with top-tier vendors for event and experience delivery.
  • Meticulously manage and measure our events and experiences programs.
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in events & experiences, particularly at a luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.
  • A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value.
  • A deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operate.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000-$250,000CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
