Reporting to the Senior Manager, Pensions the candidate will work directly with the team members and HR partners to provide administration and technical support for the enterprise pensions and savings programs. A successful candidate will be a key member of the team providing day to day support of our programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Support regulatory plan compliance, funding, disclosure and documentation
  • Preparation of materials for quarterly Management Pension Committee meetings
  • Drafting and review of plan member communication
  • Provide day-to-day program support
  • Provide resolution of escalated member issues, calculations and queries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders including internal business partners, other departments, service providers and vendors
  • Provide input for any process improvement and development of policies and procedures

What You Bring:

  • 2 to 5 years of actuarial or defined benefit and defined contribution pension administration experience
  • Preferred education in Actuarial Sciences, Math, Statistics or Finance
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Client-focused, detail-oriented and pro-active
  • Work effectively in a team environment, and contribute to a positive, effective team atmosphere
  • Possess a strong work ethic, is responsible and reliable
  • Advanced in Excel skills and thorough knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
  • Other assets include fluency in French (not required)
