POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join the team whose role will be to assist the operations team for all of the division's activities.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • All other related tasks
  • Assist team members with daily administrative tasks
  • Collaborate on special projects
  • Create tools and templates
  • Drafting of leases
  • Ensure good customer service by responding to customer email or telephone requests
  • Enter data into various systems
  • Help prepare certain documents
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Write certain letters to tenants

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office automation
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential, the candidate will work and communicate with partners across Canada and the United States
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)
