ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $85,700 CAD - $128,500 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
As a Senior Campaigns Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated brand awareness campaigns that drive long-term demand. You’ll work cross-functionally to bring compelling marketing initiatives to life, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing.
What you'll do:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and contribute to business growth.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Web, Social, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Own end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to execution, tracking, and optimization.
- Leverage insights, data, and customer research to refine targeting, messaging, and creative strategies.
- Brand Awareness & Positioning
- Drive strategic initiatives to elevate ServiceTitan’s brand presence in key markets.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine brand positioning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal, and Leadership to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Partner with internal channel leads, centers of excellence, and external vendors to develop and execute high-impact campaigns.
- Campaign Performance, Optimization & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Leverage data and analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Work with Performance Marketing to optimize paid media investments and maximize impact.
- Share performance reports and insights with key stakeholders.
- Brand Tracking & Research
- Ensure brand metrics and campaign metrics are tracked consistently, working with internal teams and external vendors where necessary.
- Develop insights and recommendations based on metrics tracked.
- Arrange and oversee win/loss interviews with customers and prospects to develop insights to inform campaign strategy and messaging.
- 5+ years of experience in campaign marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing.
- Proven success in leading top-of-funnel brand awareness and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and optimization.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology marketing is highly preferred.
- This position is remote and candidates must be based in Canada.
