Overview

TDS is currently seeking a Mail Room Clerk. Operating within the mailroom, the Mail Room Clerk provides general duties to the mailroom and handles all physical letters and packages entering the area.

Key Responsibilities

Below are a few key highlights of the position:

  • Closing and destroying files
  • Ordering off-site files for destruction
  • Mail sorting
  • Readdressing and forwarding misdirected mail
  • Deliver and obtain signatures for Expiry Docket
  • Backup to Mailroom Supervisor and Deliveries Clerk
  • Multiple trips throughout the office with a mail cart for pick-up and delivery of items
