The Role

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of enabling our team's success through exceptional operational and administrative support. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of responsibilities across People & Ops working closely with our leaders. This high-impact role requires you to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, driven by a service mindset and experience in fast-paced environments. Your responsibilities will span the entire organization - from coordinating onboarding processes to supporting accounting work and special projects. You'll be essential in maintaining the operational excellence that allows our leadership team to focus on scaling the business.

What You'll Do

  • Drive administrative excellence by supporting team members with travel, calendars, expenses, and general administrative needs
  • Support financial, legal, accounting compliance operations spanning documentation, contracting, client communications and data entry
  • Support HR operations including onboarding/off-boarding processes, benefits administration and team requests.
  • Support office management and culture initiatives including team events, office supplies, and co-working space arrangements
  • Execute special projects such as contract organization, credit card reconciliation, and software subscription management
  • Provide dedicated support for logistics, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks for the Operations team
  • Maintain and optimize operational tech stack
  • Other administrative tasks as needed


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in Operations, HR, Administration or in a similar high-touch support role
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication abilities and service-oriented mindset
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality of work
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a scaling organization
  • Experience with HR/recruiting tools and general tech stack


Location and Work Environment

This role is 3 days a week minimum in office in Toronto. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (US/UK), and have valid work authorization in Canada.
