Vretta is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Product Analyst (Content) to join our team. As a Product Analyst (Content), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients can effectively use our educational technology tools to create, manage, and deliver high-quality content. You will act as a bridge between our product and clients, providing expert guidance, training, and support to empower them in achieving their educational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform’s content creation tools and features, enabling you to guide clients in authoring and managing high-quality educational content.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Developers, to ensure the platform meets client needs and supports seamless content creation workflows.

  • Provide hands-on training and support to clients, helping them navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and optimize their use of the tools.

  • Gather and analyze client feedback, ideas, and requirements related to content creation and platform usability. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations for product improvements.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and resources to support clients in using the platform effectively.

  • Monitor and evaluate client usage of the platform, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and improve content quality.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices and strategies for creating engaging and effective educational content.

  • Foster strong, sustainable relationships with clients by responding to inquiries and concerns with timely, well-researched solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to track client success metrics and ensure the platform delivers value throughout the content lifecycle.

  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, deliverables, and milestones.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree or higher in education, instructional design, content development, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in technology product management, educational content creation, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of content authoring tools and workflows.

  • Exceptional client training skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and translate client needs into actionable product improvements.

  • Proficiency in documentation and experience with project management tools such as GitLab, Notion.io, Trello, Google Suite, and MS Suite.

  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data to generate insights and reports that inform decision-making.

  • A client-focused mindset, with a passion for building positive relationships and delivering exceptional support.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the ed-tech industry.

  • Fluency in both English and French.
