The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years experience in a commercial brewery environment, but this is not absolutely required. Formal brewing education, packaging and home brewing experience, as well as scientific backgrounds are considered an asset.
You will work as part of a passionate team of brewers and will be trained on all aspects of the manufacturing process: brewing, barrel aging, cleaning and sanitizing, lab measurements, cellaring, yeast management, as well as packaging.
The brewery work is performed either as a team or solo. In addition to being technically proficient in the brewery, the ideal candidate works well in a team, is a good communicator, and is able to work without supervision. Critical thinking, problem solving, an open mind, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to learn are other key qualities to succeed in this job.
At Bandit Brewery, we are a team of passionate brewers with a strong focus on New England IPAs, Sours, Mixed Fermentation, and barrel aged beers. We have a site with a 10bbl brewhouse, 10 fermenters, a canning line, bottling equipment, approximately 50 barrels, and quality measurement equipment.

Ideal minimum requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of brewing experience
AND/OR
- Formal brewing education, homebrewing experience, or scientific/technical background (an asset)
- Organize and maneuver full kegs weighing 90 pounds.
- Frequently lift and move up to 55 pounds (malt bags, hops, tools).
- Work irregular hours if needed
- Ability to use Google Drive
