Marketing Project Manager
Phreesia Life Sciences

We are looking for a Producer (Project Manager) to join our marketing and content team at Phreesia Life Sciences! In this role, you will collaborate with internal partners and influence cross-functional teams to deliver successful, effective, targeted patient engagement digital campaigns. You will rely on your previous experience as an account manager, project manager, or producer in healthcare advertising to manage and own the campaign life-cycle from kickoff through launch.
What You'll Do:
- Own project management of assigned campaigns - including kickoff, creative development and strategy, implementation, launch, post-launch optimizations
- Create detailed project plans and ensure key milestones, dependencies and timelines are proactively communicated across stakeholders and partners
- Communicate project status to teams and clients on a regular basis, maintaining internal status reports
- Holistically identify project hurdles and develop mitigation plans to avoid delivery challenges
- Liaise internally with department leads to align on content, technical specifications, creative requirements and best practices for messaging on the proprietary Phreesia platform
- Be firm but fair in judgement: push back when scope creeps or requirements/best practices are not followed while still understanding the constraints of the client
- Gain a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the development process for Phreesia’s advertising platforms and be able to translate for clients when questions arise
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in account and/or project management in healthcare advertising; experience in mobile/digital projects preferred
- Experience shepherding several high visibility projects simultaneously through all internal departments and roles, ensuring proper reviews and approvals at appropriate stages
- Strong planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to meet goals within constrains of time and priority
- Ability to pivot and adapt to new technologies and requirements
- Knowledge of healthcare Medical/Regulatory submission processes and meetings
- Proficiency with Jira, Ziflow, Monday.com, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe DC preferred
