Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor will work with a team of unionized skilled trades employees in the efficient coordination, installation, maintenance and repair work of company assets at the Windsor Evaporation Facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervision of direct reports in the safe and efficient repair and maintenance of Company assets
• Analysis of current processes to maximize uptime of equipment through the efficient and effective use of skilled, unionized employees
• Ensuring all production team members are adhering to health, safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures
• Effectively communicating with the Production team to reduce down time
• Managing daily time and attendance
• Contributing to the team by accomplishing other duties as assigned
  
  
  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Three or more years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, preferably in a maintenance capacity
• The successful candidate must have strong leadership, decision making, analytical and interpersonal skills
• A skilled trade license, and/or engineering background will be considered an asset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• SAP and/or UKG experience would be considered an asset
