Performance Auto Group is thrilled to announce a fantastic addition to our growing family Genesis Brampton! Located at 70 Coachworks Crescent in the new Mayfield Automall in North Brampton, boasting at almost 18,000 square feet, Genesis Brampton is the first standalone Genesis showroom in Ontario!

Genesis Brampton is looking for a Service Concierge to join their fantastic team!

Here’s What You’ll Deliver

  • Operate vehicles in a safe manner, obeying all laws of the road.
  • Carefully inspect both guest and courtesy vehicles for any damage on pickup and return.
  • Collect required information and make note of guest concerns on pick-up.
  • Arrive on time for pick-ups and returns.
  • Must be comfortable driving during busy hours on all major series highways.
  • Greeting customers and keeping the drive-thru clean.
  • Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership.
  • Tagging and parking service vehicles.
  • Basic knowledge of washing vehicles.
  • Deliver and pick up guest vehicles from various off site locations.
  • Ensure that vehicles are transferred in a safe manner to the appropriate destination, including complete inspection of all vehicles prior to departure.
  • Provide shuttle services to customers as required.
  • Other duties as required by management.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Automotive experience is considered an asset.
  • Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills.
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be reliable and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Manual dexterity required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
  • May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience***

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation: $20.00 Per Hour
