Locala is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to develop and implement processes, technology, and data strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing organization. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing automation, data analysis, and process optimization—ideally gained at high-growth B2B software companies with an AdTech industry background being particularly helpful as well.
Your role:
- Manage the administration and optimization of our HubSpot instance as well as third-party integrations (ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Wordpress, Linkedin, etc.) to streamline workflows and maintain data integrity.
- Act as the primary project manager for HubSpot, ensuring proper workflows, processes, and automations are implemented and optimized for both marketing and sales teams.
- Tackle complex technical challenges including development and implementation of automated workflows in HubSpot, ensuring efficient processes for lead management, source attribution, data handling, and operational tasks.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HubSpot data to generate actionable insights, create detailed reports and dashboards, and monitor backend system performance and workflow efficiency. Analyze, track, and report on marketing and sales performance, making data-driven recommendations and implementing optimizations across all campaigns and channels.
- Continuously test, debug, and refine workflows and automation processes to enhance performance, reliability, and data consistency across the system. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve backend technical issues related to HubSpot workflows, automation, integrations, and data integrity.
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs, leveraging marketing technology to enhance targeting, tracking, and analytics capabilities. Develop and implement effective list segmentation and scoring strategies to deliver targeted, personalized messaging, driving improved engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide ongoing support and training to internal stakeholders, empowering them to maximize the value of our HubSpot environment.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for workflow configurations, lead management, system integrations, and operational processes, promoting consistency and efficiency across technical teams.
- Lead completion of executive and other internal stakeholder presentations requests as needed
Your profile:
- Extensive HubSpot Marketing Hub experience is an absolute must have. You will be expected to build highly technical and complex automations right away.
- 5+ years in a Marketing Operations role or similar, specializing in marketing automation and attribution.
- Familiarity with buyer journeys, campaign development best practices, marketing automation and lead attribution.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience managing cloud-based CRMs, automation workflows, and third-party integrations.
- Experience auditing and enhancing marketing data strategies, including managing lead lists, data enrichment, and maintaining data integrity across multiple channels.
- Track record of collaborating with marketing teams to create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Building and managing a lead scoring methodology that prioritizes prospects effectively and aligns with business goals.
- Developing and delivering training programs to ensure marketing teams are proficient in using tools and processes.
- Effectively managing organizational change, aligning teams around new initiatives and operational improvements.
- Have successfully defined and deployed privacy and consent management procedures to comply with regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
- Know how to document business processes and policies effectively.
- Proven track record of managing global stakeholder relationships/expectations and delivering strategic, technical solutions in a cross-functional setting.
- Excellent at presentation development, storytelling, and case-making for an executive-level audience
- Project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

This is a full-time role with a base salary range of $70,000-$80,000 CAD, plus variable bonus and benefits.
