Business & Customer Insights Analyst – Brampton, ON

Love working with data to shape smarter customer experiences? Working with the Senior Manager, Business & Customer Insights, you'll play a key role in delivering personalized offers that enhance the shopping experience for loyalty members across the country. You’ll work with data to ensure offers are deployed effectively, analyze trends to refine targeting strategies, and collaborate with teams to drive ongoing improvements. If you enjoy solving challenges, uncovering insights, and seeing the impact of your work in a dynamic loyalty program, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure targeted offers are executed accurately, meeting business goals and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Analyze offer performance trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Work with large datasets to validate accuracy, extract insights, and refine targeting strategies.
  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to improve processes and enhance program effectiveness.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and future strategy development.

What you Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Experience in data visualization and turning insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL is a must, Python and R is an asset
  • Experience in Retail an asset
