Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic organizational change professional to join our team and help drive transformational change in an industry-leading organization. Reporting to the Director, Change Management; you’ll play a pivotal role in executing change management strategies and practices across a diverse project portfolio, guided by our Transformation Office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that will help shape the success of Cavendish Farms, both now and for the future.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and the integration of change management activities within project plans
  • Provides coaching and guidance to project teams, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead and manage change initiatives
  • Supports the facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and other enablement activities to build change management capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Develops and delivers tailored change management strategies, plans, and tools and acts as the Change Lead on projects higher in complexity to ensure adoption and value realization is achieved
  • Facilitates dashboarding and reporting requirements to provide insight on the effectiveness and health of change management maturity and practices across the portfolio of projects

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or other related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in change management, organizational development or a related field
  • Certification in Change Management – preferably Prosci
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team;
