The Opportunity
As a Programmer/Analyst you'll work on a team that employs leading-edge technologies for mission critical high-performance applications. We're looking for candidates ideally with full-stack experience who will work on the core insurance applications that serve as the backbone to our diverse and critical products offerings.

You will work in a highly collaborative team that functions efficiently even in a remote work setting. The work hours are Monday - Friday, regular daytime business hours. There is on-call support required for this role that is distributed amongst the team. As well, security clearance
You will have flexibility to work from home, at the office (located in one of our Atlantic Provinces, or Ontario), or in a hybrid capacity. Let us know what works for you!
What You Need To Succeed
Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant work experience, including working on a web development team, interpreting specifications, and developing/testing/documenting software application components
Education: Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree (Computer Science) or equivalent work experience

What You Need To Succeed

- Experience of Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, NoSQL
- Experience of Micro-service architecture and design patterns
- Experience of REST API
- Experience of code versioning tools, such as Git Using
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with Relational Database
- Lead, mentor, and guide less experienced developers in best practices
