Lead Host/Concierge – Fine Dining Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and polished Lead Host/Concierge to be the face of our fine dining establishment, delivering impeccable hospitality and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a minimum of five years in hospitality, a background in food and beverage management, and strong reservation management skills. A passion for service excellence and a deep understanding of fine dining etiquette are essential. Wine experience is also recommended.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome guests, setting the tone for an elegant dining experience.

Manage reservations using industry-leading software, ensuring optimal seating arrangements and accommodating guest preferences.

Maintain guest relationships, recognizing regular patrons and personalizing their experience.

Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.

Oversee the host team, training and mentoring staff in hospitality and service excellence.

Assist with VIP guests and special occasions, coordinating personalized experiences.

Maintain a polished reception area that reflects the sophistication of our establishment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in fine dining or luxury hotels.

Strong food, wine, and spirits knowledge to assist guests with inquiries.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional demeanor.

Proficiency in reservation and POS systems to ensure smooth operations.

Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
