IDN-Canada, a division of IDN Global, is a leading security and door hardware distributor providing security products, access control solutions and more to security professionals across Canada. We are currently seeking candidates for a permanent full-time Counter Sales / Warehouse position to join our Calgary, AB team. This role will be prioritizing warehouse functions with opportunity to grow into sales.

A Day In The Life:

• Shipping/receiving orders and transfers
• Stocking & organizing products
• Assisting in regular stock counts
• Executing daily branch functions for productions and warehouse. This includes but is not limited to the following: loading/unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, cleaning, etc.
• Entering transactions into computer systems
• Progressing into performing basic order entry, addressing product or service concerns, answering questions, and building customer relationships
• Assisting customers in person, by phone, and electronically
• Supporting and working with all other branch personnel

Full-time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
