Merovitz Potechin LLP is currently seeking an experienced litigation lawyer with civil litigation experience to add to the existing strength of our disputes and litigation team. Prior experience in real estate litigation would be considered an asset.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience in a Litigation practice and be able to assist clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including estate litigation and all other matters as required.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of civil litigation experience
- Real estate litigation experience is a strong asset
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity;
- Experience practicing law in Ontario;
- Ability to be both a self-starter and team player;
- Engaged in business development;
- Excellent technical skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills; and
- Must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
