Position Information
The Employee Services team has an exciting opportunity for a solutions-focused, results-oriented individual. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources Operations and Information Management, the Senior Business Analyst's primary responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary HR business support lead and solutions architect for our various HR teams ensuring that we have HR systems that support and empower our staff.
- Acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions playing a key role as a subject matter expert on department business process documentation, assessment and redesign, and IT system implementation.
- Leading, facilitating, and/or participating in small to large-scale HR projects.
- Ensuring quality assurance for the HR information system (HRIS) by developing and monitoring audits and reports to ensure that the integrity and reliability of the HR and Payroll systems are maintained.
- Supporting end-users on system functionality and reporting tools.
- Responding to various ad-hoc reporting needs and providing insight to stakeholders as required.
- Facilitating and/or conducting cross-sectional HR surveys.

What You Will Bring
- Four (4) year undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
- Five (5) years progressive experience in Human Resources, including experience working on process designs, analytics and using data to support business process;
- One (1) year of experience in project management and/or quality improvement initiatives in a large, complex organization;
- Knowledge of quality improvement tools and methods;
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles;
- Knowledge of analytics and the use of data to support business process;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize, assess, and communicate information effectively;
- Experience in partnering with business leaders to create a strategic plan that enable business transformation;
- Experience in business process mapping and process improvement;
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients, partnering with them to set direction and priorities for the business;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Visio);
- Extensive hands-on experience in helping clients and users in designing, building, deploying and adopting collaborative solutions;
- Experience with ServiceNow or HRSD;
- Experience working in a healthcare environment;
- Experience with the Office 365 environment and workloads, specifically Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, MS Forms and the Power Platform such as Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.
