What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Be Doing
- Become a product expert, mastering Vault’s suite of financial solutions including multi-currency accounts, corporate cards with cashback, and automated accounting integrations
- Own the entire sales cycle from discovery through close, helping businesses streamline their finances
- Investigate leads’ needs, problems, and wants before first contact, tailoring our solutions to their unique challenges
- Identify buyer persona profiles to generate relevant prospects and leads in the Canadian SMB market
- Collaborate with our product, design, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback and drive innovation
- 1-2 years of experience in tech sales, sales development, or business development, preferably selling to SMBs
- Entrepreneurial spirit with high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven sales closer with a track record of quota attainment and overachievement
- Low ego, highly intelligent, quick learner eager to roll up your sleeves and tackle any challenge for our clients
- Solid business acumen with a focus on startups, SMB, and mid-market segments
- Passion for fintech and the transformative power of innovative financial solutions
- Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup
- Experience at a fintech
