As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will help support the merchandising team in our retail store in Vancouver B.C. ensuring high standards of service, communication, and product presentation. This role involves supporting and leading merchandisers, while also acting as a direct link between store contacts and the leadership team. The Merchandising Team Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring that program guidelines and merchandising standards are consistently upheld.
Designated Area: Vancouver B.C.
Merchandising Team Leads are in the field. You provide hands-on support to the merchandisers. This is an ideal role for someone who gets energized from engaging with people, loves to be on their feet every day and always on the go. Job Type: Part-Time Seasonal position
Expected hours: Starting at part-time hours and moving into full time in height of season then going back to part time as the season ends.
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

- Ensure the team is executing as per Rainbow merchandising standards
- Complete merchandising tasks including condensing, pruning, labeling, watering, and general service, as outlined in merchandiser responsibilities
- Assist with order management, pulling shrink, and ensuring proper signage
- Remain in constant communication with the Merchandising Area Supervisor to ensure sales information is communicated back to the sales team
