WHAT’S THE JOB?
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Status: Full Time, permanent, On-site
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for in this role
- Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, the Customer Service Team Lead will support Customer Service Representatives and lead by example towards the achievement of their goals through coaching, training and effective goal setting. The Customer Service Team Lead is accountable for all transactions assigned to the front office personnel, ensuring our customers are serviced in a professional and ethical manner and serves as a brand ambassador to all customers. You will work with a great team to deliver the following:
- Oversee and provide guidance to the customer service team to ensure prompt and accurate processing of transactions
- Build team commitment to high standards of service to exceed Customer expectations
- Prepare invoices and process in accordance with standard procedures
- Ensure adherence by all team members to corporate policies and procedures
- Address customer concerns in a professional manner, and with a positive resolution
- Conduct training sessions for Customer Service personnel on service activities and established procedures
- Participate in management of customer service personnel, including recruitment, selection, performance evaluations and training
- Supervise “day to day” functions related to the operations of the order desk
- Verify pricing and product availability
- Other duties as required.
Here is what’s important to have to apply:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role including in-person customer service, training and applicable supervisory experience
- Team player with excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and strong data entry skills
- Very good computer skills and experience with MS Office, data Entry and databases
- Well-organized with strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
