We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Resort Receptionist to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, answering inquiries, and providing information about resort amenities and local attractions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and transactions.
Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and feedback with tact and professionalism.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office is preferred.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
