We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of the firm’s digital marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for coordinating digital campaigns, creating content, managing brand assets, and tracking analytics to advance firm-wide and practice group goals. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a proven ability to transform complex ideas into clear, engaging communications.

- Apply SEO best practices to improve search visibility and website performance.
- Manage the firm’s website working with developers and our website agency, ensuring content is current, user-friendly, and optimized.
- Support personalization and localization efforts for multi-region digital campaigns.
- Oversee digital campaigns across email, social media, and webinars to promote practice groups, thought leadership and events.
- Work with lawyers to translate technical/legal knowledge into engaging and accessible content.
- Ensure all content reflects brand standards, voice, and tone.
- Plan and oversee the production of client-facing materials, including blogs, newsletters, client alerts, brochures, videos, and presentations.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all internal and external materials.
- Manage creative assets, including templates, graphics, videos, and photography.
- Monitor performance across web, social, and campaign channels.
- Provide regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to analyze raw data, generate reports, and track marketing analytics to identify insights and recommend improvements.
- Track ROI on marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional training or certification in digital marketing or AI tools is an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital strategy and execution.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google analytics, Sitefinity, LinkedIn Ads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing websites, social media, and content creation.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional services or legal industry experience considered an asset.
