Sales and Catering Coordinator (Contract)

Description

We are seeking a temporary Sales and Catering Coordinator to support the Sales and Catering team during maternity leave coverage (approximately 18 months) at Matrix Hotel in Edmonton, Alberta.

As a member of the Sales and Catering team, you will support the overall operations and guest satisfaction. You will qualify inquiries, manage and process payments, and assist with property tours, tradeshows and promotional events. You will perform administrative duties to help keep the department running smoothly.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Sales and Catering Coordinator, you will be working with our Sales and Catering team as a key member in supporting the overall operations and guest satisfaction.

You will be qualifying inquiries, managing and processing payments, and assisting in property tours, tradeshows and promotional events.

Ultimately, you are entrusted with administrative duties that help keep our team on track and the department running smoothly.

Qualifications

Previous hospitality sales and/or catering experience required
