The Paid Social Specialist plays a key role in supporting FFUN Group’s marketing initiatives and reporting to the Director of Marketing/ Marketing Team Lead. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Execute, monitor, and optimize Paid Social advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for B2C automotive brands.
• Develop and implement campaign structures, audience segmentation, and strategic placement selection.
• Manages end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, optimizations, QA and reporting.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring proper pacing and spend allocation·
• Conduct systematic A/B testing on creative, copy, audiences, and placements, scaling winning variations.
• Stay current with platform updates, ad policies, and best practices
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hand-on experience in performance marketing
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50K+ in aggregate
• Knowledge of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and multi-touch attribution model
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.)
• A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
