How does the role impact the organization?
Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a qualified individual to work in our downtown Toronto Corporate office. This role provides operational support to the fixed income and currencies trade desks.

Fixed Income Associate - 12 Month Contract
How does the role impact the organization?
Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a qualified individual to work in our downtown Toronto Corporate office. This role provides operational support to the fixed income and currencies trade desks.
What will your role be responsible for?
- Troubleshoot daily reconciliation of trading positions;
- Respond to advisor inquiries;
- Update Fixed Income offerings, and regularly upload and update documents to Raymond James website;
- Support advisor- and client-facing communication;
- Prepare and submit daily reports in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements;
- Identify opportunities to streamline daily operations and implement process enhancements;
- Assist in the implementation of critical technology initiatives as required

What do we expect from you?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the investment or financial industry;
- A post-secondary education in economics, finance, business or related;
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and
- Demonstrate email, videoconferencing, and telephone etiquette and relationship management skills.
