Your Opportunity: The Administrative Support V is an advanced role requiring specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices, and initiatives within the Kaye Edmonton Clinic Ambulatory Programs. This position is crucial in providing effective and efficient senior-level administrative support to the Patient Care Manager team overseeing more than fifty specialized clinics and Edmonton Zone programs. Additionally, this role supports the Executive Director when Administrative Support coverage is required. The position involves overseeing project timelines and resource management in collaboration with the management team, supporting operational activities, monitoring office supply inventory, and ensuring that program needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, formatting and editing documents such as memos and briefing notes, preparing meeting materials, recording minutes, and following up on action items. The role involves producing reports, analyzing data to support informed decision-making, and maintaining organization across clinic programs. The incumbent should be able to manage individual schedules, organize and manage complex meetings and appointment demands for a large group of individuals. The position performs higher level ePeople functions and is essential in human resources support, including onboarding new employees, managing recruitment processes, overseeing payroll, and maintaining employee records. Required Qualifications: Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration) Additional Required Qualifications: Advanced computer experience including strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel including complex spread sheet management, Word, Visio, PowerPoint & Outlook). Minimum 3 years of recent administrative experience in a health care-based organization supporting managerial roles in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of eManager, Oracle Business Systems e-people (recruitment, payroll). Knowledge of administrative office procedures. Demonstration of a clear pattern of personal and professional growth and development. Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment. Proven ability to work within a team as a contributing member. Proven communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and accurate information in response to complex inquiries. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Demonstrates flexibility to accommodate competing and changing workload demands. Demonstrates advanced critical thinking skills integrating critical thinking abilities.
