Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a reliable and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is focused on delivering outstanding support to clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests as needed
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor while ensuring proper follow-up
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Monitor and track customer satisfaction to identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and feedback
  • Uphold company policies and maintain a professional, customer-first attitude

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client support
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Positive, patient, and empathetic attitude when dealing with customers
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM (minimum)
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (wired connection preferred)
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
  • Working Webcam
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
