- Maintain employee lists related to collective agreement provisions (e.g., standing applications, recall, salary treatment, auto applicants).
What it takes:
- Grade 12 education, plus post-secondary courses in Human Resources.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an office or recruitment setting.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors is a plus!).

- Excellent customer service and professionalism across all levels of the organization.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a busy environment.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
Our engaging workplace offers a wide range of challenging opportunities, while being safe, inclusive and diverse. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, while supporting life-long career development. We also encourage volunteerism and nourish the need to give back to your community.
