The Executive Director Prince George Community Services (the ED) provides leadership in the planning, integration, delivery and evaluation of programs and services for community programs and services located in Prince George including Long-Term Care and Assisted Living, Home Support, Interprofessional Teams, Short-Stay Programs, the Urgent Primary Care Centre, and other community-based programs. The ED ensures that quality care is provided to all people populations served and that the objectives of the Prince George Operational Plan are achieved. The incumbent participates as a key member of the clinical operations management team within Prince George to build and implement operational plans to achieve strategic priorities and leads out a similar senior leadership team within the community to implement those priorities. The ED works in co-leadership with medical leaders and in collaboration with community partners to evaluate program effectiveness and patient experience and continually improve access to care.
Starting salary will be approximately from $155,327 to $194,159 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
