KEY RESPONSABILITES:

Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze and document current end-to-end business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service.
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or improvement.
Develop future-state process models and support change management initiatives.
CRM Implementation Support:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Participate in system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate workshops and interviews with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate process improvements.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Documentation & Reporting:
Create detailed documentation including process maps, business requirements documents (BRDs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on manufacturing environments.
Proven experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
