Join PALFINGER North America as a Quality Assurance Technician, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our lifting solutions meet the highest standards of safety and performance. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to product quality within a dynamic, hands-on manufacturing environment.

Your Tasks

  • Inspect completed cranes and parts as part of routine quality control.
  • Document and investigate non-conforming materials and submit NCR claims.
  • Perform weekly product audits and review change notices for required actions.
  • Use internal systems (e.g., PALCHECK, SPDF) to review CAD drawings and support inspections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze issues and support root-cause resolution.

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; technical diploma an asset.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in manufacturing or mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
  • Strong computer and MS Office skills; SAP experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, learn quickly, and work independently; willingness to pursue quality-related training.
