We are looking for candidates with previous supervisory experience, although we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence. A valid driver’s license may be required, and availability for evening shifts is essential.

What You’ll Do

As a Caretaking Supervisor, you’ll lead by example and ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and up to Edon’s standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting a team of caretakers, providing training and hands-on help when needed.

• Ensuring quality through regular walkthroughs and prompt responses to urgent cleaning or client requests.

• Handling scheduling, staffing, and documentation in coordination with the operations team.

• Building strong client relationships and being their go-to contact for caretaking services.

• Maintaining supplies, cleanliness, and order in storage areas and ensuring proper building security.
• Provide back-up support in cases of unscheduled cleaner absences

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum two years of cleaning experience in a working supervisory role, with caretaking experience in healthcare facilities and clinics required
• Strong command of the English language (reading and writing)
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong customer care, communication and client management skills
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff to accomplish objectives
• Excellent knowledge of custodial practices
• Excellent knowledge of janitorial equipment, supplies, and technologies
• Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
• Owns a vehicle to drive between sites
• Availability for evening shifts (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) is required.
