About Rallyware Inc.

Rallyware’s mission is to help distributed teams feel connected, engaged, and valued so they can reach their full potential. Our Performance Enablement Platform delivers the right training and business activities to the right people at the right time by connecting company goals with real workforce performance data. Trusted by global leaders like Samsung, Avon, Tupperware, and Pampered Chef, Rallyware helps organizations achieve higher sales, faster onboarding, stronger participation in initiatives, more effective communication, and a modern, data-driven learning experience—especially in direct selling. Founded at MIT in 2012 and a Techstars Boston graduate, the company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA, with a distributed team across the US, Canada, Ukraine, the UK, Australia, Peru, and Argentina. We are a high-performing, collaborative, and proactive team that thrives in a fast-growing startup environment and is passionate about solving customer problems through cross-functional work.

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Corporate & Content Marketing Manager to lead our brand storytelling, thought leadership, and communications efforts. This role will shape how our company shows up in the market—across our website, blog, PR, analyst relations, and social channels—and ensure a consistent, high-impact narrative that drives awareness, credibility, and demand.

You’ll own the company’s brand voice and messaging, lead content strategy across channels, and manage the development of materials that communicate our value to customers, partners, media, and analysts. You’ll collaborate closely with product marketing, demand generation, and leadership to build a unified market presence that supports growth.

Responsibilities

Brand & Corporate Narrative

  • Manage the editorial calendar and production of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and thought leadership.
  • Translate complex, technical ideas from SMEs and executives into clear, compelling stories.
  • Own the customer case study process: identify opportunities with sales/CS, manage the pipeline, produce and publish content.
  • Optimize all content for SEO, clarity, and conversion.

Thought Leadership

  • Position company leaders as industry experts through articles, interviews, speaking opportunities, and awards.
  • Identify timely topics and trends to reinforce market leadership.
  • Drive executive ghostwriting and narrative development (LinkedIn posts, bylines, etc.).

Website & Digital Presence

  • Lead website content strategy, UX alignment, and overall messaging.
  • Collaborate with design, SEO, and development teams to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize.

Public & Analyst Relations

  • Manage relationships with PR agencies, journalists, and analysts.
  • Lead media outreach, press releases, and company announcements.
  • Coordinate analyst briefings, submissions (Gartner, Forrester, IDC), and award programs.
  • Monitor media coverage, sentiment, and share of voice.

Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Own strategy and execution across corporate social channels (LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Develop campaigns that amplify content, milestones, and thought leadership.
  • Track engagement metrics and community sentiment.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and manage a small team of content creators, designers, and external partners.
  • Work closely with product marketing, demand generation, and events to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Manage budgets for PR, content, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on corporate communications, content, or brand.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills; able to communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Proven experience managing PR/AR and content programs in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Experience developing messaging frameworks and managing brand voice across channels.
  • Familiarity with SEO, CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), analytics tools, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent project management skills; able to balance strategic vision with execution.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and presenting to executives.

Success Metrics

  • Growth in brand awareness and share of voice.
  • Increase in website traffic, engagement, and content performance metrics.
  • Consistent media and analyst coverage aligned to business priorities.
  • Executive visibility through thought leadership placements.
  • Social media growth and engagement improvements.
  • Positive cross-functional collaboration and internal satisfaction with brand consistency.
