Key Responsibilities
Search & CMS Maintenance
Perform regular updates, troubleshooting, and health checks on Coveo and CMS.
Monitor performance, resolve technical issues, and implement upgrades.
Continuous Improvement
Develop new features and optimize existing ones in both CMS and Coveo.
Integrate Coveo with other systems (e.g., CRM, databases) to enhance search and content pipelines.
Drive enhancements to support content creation, approval workflows, curation, and governance.
Data Analytics & Insights
Collect and analyze usage data from CMS and the search engine.
Use metrics like content performance, user behavior, and search relevancy to guide improvements.
Use insights to inform AI tuning (e.g., Coveo ML), content governance, and knowledge strategy.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and content creators to identify content gaps and search relevance issues.
Provide strategic KM advice and act as the KM CoE (Center of Excellence) for the organization.
Represent KM and search expertise on cross-functional committees / working groups.
Training & Support
Train users across the business on using the CMS and search effectively.
Provide ongoing support, documentation, and best practices to ensure knowledge is accessible.
Documentation & Governance
Create and maintain documentation for configuration, workflows, and search tuning.
Define and enforce content governance policies, metadata standards, and content lifecycle processes.
Compliance & Security
Ensure CMS and search engine comply with regulations, security protocols, and data protection standards.
Implement access controls, backup strategies, and security measures to maintain content integrity.
KM Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute knowledge management plans to capture tacit knowledge.
Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, collaborative documentation, and continuous learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
~10 years of experience in knowledge management, search engine implementation, or content management.
Strong hands-on experience with Coveo (Cloud or Enterprise), including query pipelines, relevance tuning, analytics / ML.
Experience managing a CMS (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, or similar).
Proficiency in data analysis, metrics tracking, and translating analytics into actionable improvements.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts as applied to search (for example, Coveo ML).
Excellent collaboration skills — able to work with business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
Experience in training, documentation, and governance frameworks.
Understanding of compliance, security, and data protection in KM / CMS environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
