As a Communications Strategist you will plan and develop compelling content to build and support FCT’s brand while ensuring alignment with FCT’s corporate values and mission. You will work cross-functionally with the marketing and other business divisions. This role will be required to execute on our brand strategically and tactically through our social and digital channels.


HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

• Produce high-quality content for digital channels and social media, as well as media articles, bylines, comments etc. adhering to SEO best practices. Ensure that content aligns with the brand’s messaging and values.

• Oversee our social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement to enhance our brand's online visibility.

• Cultivate relationships with relevant media outlets, and work on securing media coverage to promote our brand and products/solutions.

• Implement end-to-end social media campaigns and communications initiatives for the FCT brand and target audiences, ensuring key message delivery, audience engagement, and positive brand affinity.

• Engage in daily social listening to monitor industry news, trends, competitor activity, and our brands.

• Contribute with creative ideas on how to leverage social media and digital marketing to help achieve business and communications objectives.

• Consistently reviewing social analytics to drive insights to improve ongoing campaign performance

• Monitor and manage all social media accounts and respond to customer comments, questions, and feedback in a timely, professional manner across social platforms.


HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• 5+ years of marketing and communications experience

• 2+ years in a senior role

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Exceptional communication skills: writing proof-reading and editing, and verbal communication

• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.

• Direct experience working with marketing tools such sprout social, meltwater and HubSpot.
