Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Assembly Dr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be
assigned.
- Coordinate the scheduling of inbound shipments of components and raw materials.
- Maintain the daily schedule of inbound and outbound vehicles.
- Act as a liaison between the Warehouse and all other departments in matters pertaining to transportation and logistics.
- Coordinate with the waste hauler for pickup of waste and recyclables.
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule maintenance on forklifts
- Gather and track warehouse related metrics.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the proper segregation of recyclables.
- Act as a liaison between Receiving and Planning to ensure components are received as necessary to keep with the production schedule.
- Assist in the duties of “Training” for the Warehouse department.
- Assist in writing or updating departmental work practices and company SOP’s.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
- This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.
- Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
- Attendance to work is an essential function of this position
Essential Functions.
Required:
- Skills Testing at approved grade level for position.
- Basic Mathematical Skills
- Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs.
- Minimum Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak in a way that allows one to participate effectively in various conversations.
- Ability to read various types of standard items addressed to general readers.
- Intermediate Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions that may be furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems that involve several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
- Ability to display original thinking and creativity.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
