The mission of the Global Logistics department is to deliver Everyday Luxury through the global transportation of goods.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the Global Logistics Department, you will be part of the team responsible for the shipping and delivery logistics between our Distribution Centers, stores, vendors, and customers. As the Specialist, Global Logistics, Outbound, you will support the execution of the efficient flow of goods and related information from origin to destination. THE ROLE
As the Specialist, Global Logistics, Outbound, you will:
- Execute best-in-class freight, shipping, and delivery set-up
- Execute on the best possible logistics experience for customers
- Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business
- Manage departmental administration, ensuring the day-to-day business operates optimally
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Specialist, Global Logistics, Outbound has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in:
- Experience with asset-based or 3rd party carrier management
- Experience with KPI data analysis and reporting
- Microsoft Office, including Excel
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value and drive the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $24 – $48 CAD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
