Job Description:

On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Change Management Lead who will design and execute comprehensive change strategies to support organizational readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation across clinical and operational workflows. This role will drive training strategy, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear messaging and effective learning programs. The Lead will also support workflow and process optimization, guiding teams through system enhancements, CIS upgrades, and clinical pathway redesigns, while overseeing implementation, change preparation, and stabilization.



Responsibilities:

1. Change Management Strategy, Readiness & Adoption

  • Develop and implement detailed change management strategies and plans.
  • Lead readiness assessments, adoption metric tracking, risk mitigation, and reinforcement planning.
  • Provide subject matter guidance on organizational change needs and clinical workflow impacts.

2. Training Strategy, Communication Planning & Engagement

  • Develop training strategies, learning objectives, and engagement plans with educators and trainers.
  • Create communication tools, newsletters, one-pagers, infographics, and change-related messaging.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across clinical, operational, and technical teams.

3. Clinical Workflow & Process Optimization Support

  • Assess, design, and document current vs. future clinical workflows and business processes.
  • Facilitate workflow change adoption tied to system enhancements, CIS upgrades, or redesigned clinical pathways.
  • Support implementation activities including workflow sessions, change prep, and stabilization.


Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in formal Change Management (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.), clinical transformation, or organizational change.

• Experience in clinical workflow redesign, end-user adoption strategies, readiness planning, and communication delivery.

• Excellent writing and communication skills, particularly in preparing briefing materials and leadership updates.

• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinical leaders, Digital Health, educators, and IT partners.

• Asset: Knowledge of SCM, CPOE workflows, and provincial/acute care change initiatives.
