Title: Manager, Regional Engagement

Salary: $99,899 - $105,776 - $111,652 per year (pay range explained below)

Contract: 6 month Term

Hours: 9am-4pm

Location: Park Royal Office, West Vancouver located on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Waututh Nations.

About The Role

As Regional Engagement Manager, you will provide leadership to the regional engagement & governance portfolio. The position includes providing supervision to the entire regional engagement team. You will be responsible to develop, implement and deliver regional community engagement services that align to FNHA values, are grounded in the knowledge and spirit of First Nations traditions and values; oversee collaborative information sharing, problem solving, and decision-making within the Region, across the organization and with external health system partners; develop operating plans, other products and tactics across the regional engagement & governance portfolio; develop, recommend and implement engagement Policy, Planning & Operational Standards.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have;

Education

  • A University Degree with relevant specialization or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Certification

  • Must have a driver’s license

Experience

  • Recent, Relevant, and significant experience (usually acquired over a period of 8-10 years)
  • Experience providing management and leadership to a large and geographically diverse team
  • Experience working with First Nations communities or organizations including political leadership
  • Lived Vancouver Coastal Regional community experience

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.

Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
