About The Role
We are seeking a Transactions Coordinator for a contract assignment to provide essential support to our Transactions team in managing upcoming 2026 leasing activities. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently once trained. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transaction-related processes, supporting analysts and managers in delivering on critical KPIs.

About The Role
We are seeking a Transactions Coordinator for a contract assignment to provide essential support to our Transactions team in managing upcoming 2026 leasing activities. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently once trained. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transaction-related processes, supporting analysts and managers in delivering on critical KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Verification: Conduct TSR/Transactions Tool data checks for 2026 transactions.
- Abstract Preparation: Create transaction abstracts for Transaction Managers.
- Client Outreach: Manage 9-month reach-outs for 2026 transactions to meet KPI requirements.
- Analyst Support: Assist Analysts with reviewing and updating LRRs for 2026 transactions (as workload allows).
- These tasks require minimal training and can be performed in a focused, independent manner once onboarding is complete.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- College diploma or equivalent experience, preferably in business administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial leasing or real estate transactions (office or retail sector preferred).
- Strong market research skills with current knowledge of market trends and conditions.
- Current knowledge of industry practices, trends, and requirements.
- Knowledge of real estate legislative requirements for the assigned province.
- Real Estate License for the assigned province is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with transaction tools or databases is an asset.
