The Opportunity

This is your chance to work on projects that matter, from groundwater supply development and protection to contaminant hydrogeology and aquifer characterization.
Your Impact
- Deliver hydrogeological assessments that inform sustainable water management strategies for communities and industries.
- Design and implement conceptual and numerical groundwater flow models to support environmental impact assessments and operational water plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects in mining, oil & gas, aggregates, and beyond.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to building technical excellence within the team.
- Engage directly with clients, preparing proposals and delivering impactful presentations.
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Geology, Environmental Sciences, Civil, Geological or Environmental Engineering with a specialization in groundwater modelling; or equivalent analytical background.
- 3–4+ years of applied experience in hydrogeology and groundwater modelling, with proficiency in tools such as FEFLOW, HydroGeoSphere, MODFLOW, SeepW.
- Strong technical foundation in numerical modelling and hydrogeological assessments.
- Registration or eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer or Geoscientist with EGBC.
- Familiarity with GIS platforms, visualization tools (ArcGIS, Leapfrog, ParaView), and programming experience in Python; exposure to AI/machine learning is an asset.
