As a Business System Analyst, you contribute to the success of product development initiatives in defining the business and technical requirements of our enterprise platform Adobe Experience Manager. You will ensure that specific individual goals and plans are captured in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. You will work closely with various project stakeholders to map their roles and responsibilities. You will also make sure that all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

As a Business System Analyst, you contribute to the success of product development initiatives in defining the business and technical requirements of our enterprise platform Adobe Experience Manager. Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Creation and implementation of the Playbook
- Documentation of all requirements not documented to date, and understanding existing requirements
- Working with Data SMEs to document data lineage & Data Domains
- Working with Application Owners to map the Enterprise Retention Schedule to the defined Data Domains
- Working with systems of record and consumer application owners to map and understand Legal Holds
- Mapping work for unstructured data as well as structured data
- Application Analysis, Design, planning, Testing and Deployment
- Communications Management – work with Technical Lead and Project Managers of all partners including application development, Infrastructure, third party vendors and business partners
- Act as a key contact to the client communities in all aspects of support of project work
- Team Player - Work with already established RIM team, adapt to the team culture and dynamic
- Engage, inspire, and cultivate high performing team culture.
- Collaborate with team members in-person and virtually from different regions
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
- 3+ years’ experience as Tech BA or Business Analyst
- Strong Communication skills (Verbal and Written) in English
- Strategic influencing and articulation skills to engage various stakeholders.
- Must be Curious, Open minded, willing to learn and question the status quo as required
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Service Now
- Familiar with Bank’s Enterprise Records and Information Management Policy
- Familiar with data sourcing, ETL and data integration methodology
- Exposure to wealth products
- Wealth/financial industry exposure
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Good knowledge of software development processes and procedures
