Groupe Sani-Tech is a subcontractor in the construction industry. We manufacture and distribute architectural products for buildings. We’ve even been the largest in our field in Quebec for over 50 years. Not bad, right? Our 60 employees will tell you that it’s a great place to spend 35 hours a week!

Your daily goal?
To contribute to the development of a humane, engaging, caring, and dynamic employee experience. How do we do it? It would be a plus if you:
- Describe yourself as a caring, honest, unifying person who easily connects with others;
- Are able to take an objective, break it down into an action plan, achieve it, and make it sustainable.
- Are bursting with ideas and are stimulated by starting from scratch or gray areas;
- Are organized and thorough;
- Have strong writing (structure and spelling) and communication skills;
- And have strong emotional intelligence: Create authentic and healthy relationships, understand and interpret dynamics, judge what needs to be said, to whom, and how to convey it. Ability to recognize, understand, and control your own emotions and deal with those of others.
An asset if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, administration/HR, or counseling (a degree isn’t everything!);
- Have 1 or 2 years of experience as a generalist or in staffing;
- Computer skills (Excel, PPT, social media, video editing); and
- Bilingual (we have big plans for the company’s growth).
