Our multiple-entity client in the health services industry is growing and need to hire an Accounting Supervisor to bridge transactional accounting and ?nancial management, ensuring accuracy, control, and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, your duties would to assist in the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization while overseeing and mentoring two staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review A/P and A/R activities
• Monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
• Prepare internal ?nancial reports and supporting schedules
• Develop, maintain, and analyze advanced Excelworkbooks
• Act as escalation point for accounting issues prior to Director of Finance involvement
• Provide guidance, training, and technical support to junior accounting staff.
  
  

Quali?cations:

• CPA (CA or CGA legacy designations acceptable)
• 5+ yrs in a full cycle accounting role
• Experience working within multi entity, high volume AP, AR environments are preferred
• QuickBooks and Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills, with superior grammar and precision.
