THE ROLE
Strive is working with a reputable company on a search for an Inventory Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cycle counting and order picking. This is a permanent opportunity located in Hamilton ON for a great Canadian-owned service company. You will be on-site Monday to Friday 8 am- 4:30 pm.

- Inventory management on the shop floor
- Work with the purchasing team to order stock
- Organize inventory
- Perform cycle counts
- Enter inventory counts into Excel
- Attend regular meetings with the supply chain team
- Submit reports on inventory discrepancies
- Support shipper/receiver as needed
- Working on the shop floor most of the time
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong safety compliance
- A forklift license is nice to have
- 3 years of inventory management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Accuracy in all tasks
