Rotation/Shifts
Days, 8 hour shifts.
- For information purposes only - The Hospital reserves the right to change.
- Current Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario;
- Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery experience within the last 1 year;
- Current experience with Cardiac Telemedicine/Telehealth within the last 1 year;
- Excellent computer skills and database experience;
- Demonstrates an understanding of and commitment to patient teaching and self-care education;
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively as an active member of the health care team;
- Demonstrates well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
- Must be eligible to work in Canada;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing;
- Experience with care of cardiac patients in the community;
- Experience with telepractice;
- Experience with chronic disease management.
